Kelly Clarkson was an American performer/songwriter, who became America's Sweetheart after she was crowned American Idol in the inaugural series of the show. It was this win that not only made her famous, but also resulted in a deal with several albums from RCA Records 19 Recordings as and 'S Records. Since her win her win, she's released several records from studio works. The albums that she released 3, three reached the US Billboard 200 Chart while the other albums were few centimeters away. She's among the most popular artist to emerge from American Idol. The singer experimented and gained success with various themes and music styles, and often wrote her own songs. Her distinctiveness as well as her singing abilities earned her critical praise and a number of high-profile award. The most prestigious achievement she has achieved is when she took home 3 Grammy awards. Aside from her work in the music industry, she has been featured in films and television shows. She also co-wrote the picture book for kids River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and has also been involved with various charitable organizations.
